1948 allis chalmers c - (camden in Utica, NY

I have a 1948 allis chalmer c for $900 obo , runs good , many new parts like new plug wires ,solenoil switch ,etc. the tractor also have been repainted. The tires on the back is ok , but needs new tires in the front and battery, now it start by hand crank ,but has a starter, 6volts with a good magneto that was time. Last time it ran was in the late
